I'm looking for any info on james lafayette quarles. About all I know is that he was a native of Tallahatchee co., served in the civil war and was mustered out at grenada, Miss. He was a prominate farmer in Mississippi co., Ark. He was also a mason in greenwood Miss. for 20 years. I think he is buried in Lafayette co. Miss. as well. If anyone can help me, I'd be truly grateful.
