hi myra i dont know whether my first message posted or not i cant find it so i will post another one . i was wondering if the gatewood gator quarles that you have listed on your website was related to the information i have on my family. i have him as the son of john qualls and jerusha ferris he was b.abt. 1797 and d. aft.1880. his father john was a brother to my james quarles that was married to elizabeth pelfrey. that had my ggggrandmother martha patsy qualls.i have been looking for my native american heritage for about 5-6 yrs now and this is as close as i have come. i know that there are a lot of the same names out there but it dosent keep me from hoping this is the right one, i have rev.war pension papers on james i will send you copies if you would like to post them on your website. send me your address and i will copy and send by snail mail as i am not good at doing it on the computor. your website is great! thank you , pat
