Finding relatives

My father the late Charles Lewis Quay, Sr. was adopted from a family outside of Harrisburg, PA. I do not know what there names were, I believe he had one sister. He passed away when I was young and I am trying to locate his adopted and real family but I don't know where to begin. But, he kept the Quay name from birth. I currently have a brother named Charles Lewis Quay, Jr. that now has a new daughter named Jenson Quay, who lives in Virginia. My mother the late Margaret Jenny Hays Quay married Charles Lewis Quay, Sr. and lived in Lock Haven, PA. He was in the airforce then became a PA State Police Officer. Then he went to work for Piper Aircraft in Lock Haven, PA. Also, he worked for Balanka Aircraft then he went to work for Piedmont Airlines. He died and Mannassas, VA in the late 70's. My brother and I are currently seeking any information so we can try to reunite/seek any relatives of the Hays & Quay family and contact them for my wedding on September 4, 2004. If anyone has any information that could help us out please contact us.
Thank you.
William H. Quay
