Hi Marv,

Did you get a d.c. for your John?

I don't have any b. 1815 but there are a couple in the 1800, 1810 and 1820 census for Washington Co., NY that might fit.

Was he in the C.W. or too old? Write to St. Lawrence Co. and see if they have a Historical Society and check them out.

I'm still digging through my stuff looking for James - I have census records for Lisbon and his brother Alvin's C.W. record. Found James in Lisbon Village Register for C.W.

Will look for your John.
