Hi Sherrill,
I am afraid I can't help you in your search. I am looking for proof that my gggrandfather John Quay was the son of Samuel Qua(Quay). John was born 8/22/1815 in NY. I have an obit on a Nancy Quay who I believe was his sister. She was born Lisbon, NY and moved to Michigan about the same time as my John. If I come up with anything that will help you I will let you know. Hopefully you'll do the same.
