Quevedo/Québédeaux / Canary Island ???

The surname Québédeaux is actually a gallicized variation of the Spanish surname Quevedo.
There is a Quevedo family line in Mexico and Cuba, that appears to have originated in the Canary Islands.

Is there a common progenitor??

See the Quevedo page on this genforum for two entries from this family line.
