I've heard rumor that my grandfather's cousin Frank Quigg went to Cape May yearly, perhaps there is a connection. Frank Quigg was the son of Andrew Quigg & Mary Devinney who lived in Port Kennedy, Montgomery Co., PA. Andrew's sister Mary Haney lived at Port Kennedy until her death at which time her nephew Frank Quigg got her home. I'm decended through her brother William Quigg who's family had moved to College Springs IA. Frank, Andrew's son was one of I think 11 siblings.
If any of this is familiar, I would really like to hear from you, perhaps you can explain the Cape May connection for me.
