I do not recognize Neil Quigg from any of my information gathered. Neil could be a brother of my gggg grandfather Henry Quigg. My Quiggs lived in County Derry near Coleraine, Ireland in the Balenteer area. There are so many James, Roberts, Williams, Henrys, Thomas', etc. that make it difficult to trace.

I will let you know if any additional information comes to light.
