Hi Shaun, my Quigg ancestors immigrated to Australia from County Antrim, Ireland arriving in Sydney in 1848. They were: James Quigg - born 1794 in Dunservick, County Antrim Mary Quigg (nee O'Hara and wife of James) born 1798 Bushmills. Their children: Ann - 1823 (came to Australia a couple of years before her parents with her husband John Mitchell. Thomas - 1825 Catherine - 1828 James - 1832 Jane - 1834 Ellen - 1837 John - 1840 Neil - 1843 Francis - 1846 I am interested in finding information on James and Mary's sibblings and parents. Sibblings may have immigrated to America, Canada or Scotland? I have been to County Antrim and loved it. Bushmills is a lovely town. Being a very small farming community it is more than likely that all Quiggs originating from the area are related. If you would like to communicate further let me know. Regards.
