My grandmother, Marie Quinnett, traced the family tree all the back to the Crusades. She sent me a letter once all about it, which I am sorry to report, has been lost but I do know that we are descendants of Button Gwinnett and then our particular branch of the family ended up in the Pacific Northwest (Seattle). We all go all the way back to the Crusades. Just thought you all might want to know.
