Interesting story of my grandfather
My grandfather was Jean Quinnett and back when the Teamsters were getting started he had a trucking company with about 40 dumptrucks.Well, he refused to join the Teamsters and when they sent their head-breakers out to persuade him to change his mind he promptly broke one of those guys' arms and sent him packing. But he could see the writing on the wall and, eventually, he had to give in so they made him Treasurer because the head man of the Teamsters (for the life of me, the guy's name escapes my mind other than Dave) said that anybody that tough deserves to be an officer. My father was Dean Quinnett.Basically, any Quinnetts that you find in the Pacific Northwest are all related and related to me.
