I am looking for Mr. Manuel Pérez Quintanilla. He was an International Referee and Black Belt. In the 70''s and early 80''s he lived in Puerto Rico. During the 1979 Pan American Games he served as an organizer in the Puerto Rico Olympic Comitee. The last known address was in Barcelona, Spain. Any information will be greatly appreciated. He was a good friend and the person who introduced me to Judo, which to this day I practice with my daughter.
