It appears that most of the Quintanillas that come from Mexico are originally from Nuevo Leon. My father (QEPD) was born in Cadereyta Jimenez, Nuevo Leon. His father was Catarino Quintanilla. He died in the early 40s. We moved to California and I was born when we came here. A great deal of my relatives live in Monterrey, NL. I'm sure there's a relation somewhere in there.
