Dear Sr..
My name is Justo Quintero, I´m an engineer, 42, living in Havana,Cuba. My grandfather Justo Manuel Quintero Quintero, a cuban, became a dentist at his uncle´s in Lyon by the begeinning of the 20th Century. He then traveled to the US, where he also had part of the family and made some studies, I guess in Chicago (must check up). Then he traveled back to cuba, married Mrs Angelica Gómez, my grandmother, born 1894 in Havana, died 1970 in the US, and had 4 children, one of the Justo A. Quintero Gómez, my father. Justo Manuel was a very clever man, spoke perfect english and french, but died 1920 in a hospital in Havana. I have the postcards he wrote to my Grandmother Angelica from Lyon and from the US. One of them even shows the building where his uncle had the dentist´s cabinet.
This might be perhaps a link between our two families. I´ll try to look for the exact names. I´ve been looking for the Quintero branch in France or Lyon, but this is my first relevant result.
Best wishes,
J. Quintero
