My great grandmother was Elena Quintero and her father was Ramon Quintero. She married Lorenzo Gonzalez about 1890 and raised a family in Tinaja de Vargas (Michoacan) which is near the San Jose de Vargas settlement. Gonzalez family decendants still live high on the hillside of Tinaja de Vargas which has a natural artisian spring of cold water which has never ceased to flow its water for more than 100 years.

Elena was born in 1863 and died at 93 years of age (20 October 1956) in Mexico City.

We would like to discover more of her genealogy.
