Now Santa Paula is a small place. Being that it was/is mostly rural orange/lemon/ grapfruit and avacado groves you don't have that big city problem with not knowing your relatives that live in the area.

Unfortunately I am too young (28) to know about my fathers family but I do have an aunt that still lives there and I will definitely ask her.

My father was born to Vicenta (Bessy) and Juan Quintero in 1938. Could Victor be his brother? I'll ask around.
