I am researching the Rabey family in Hickman, Fulton, and Graves county. My gg grandma was the daughter of Wiley G. Rabey and Louisa Phelps, I believe. Her name was Dilla, or Della Rabey b. 1881.
Della's daughter was my ggrandma, who told my mom that Della was an Indian. Unfortunately I am having a hard time finding info on Della because she died in 1905 of TB.
