I have some info. My father is Penn Vernon Rabb, of Lawton, OK. His father, was Penn Vernon Rabb, son of William Judge Rabb, who was the son of James Barnett Rabb (I believe a Methodist minister). James Barnett Rabb, born 1824. He had 5 sons, one of whom was named Penn P. Rabb (probably actually Pendleton Pope Rabb). He was born 1862. His son was named William Penn Rabb, from his father's 2nd marriage, but I don't know her name. I also don't have his date of birth. Apparently, he was born in El Paso, TX.
