Margaret, Recently I visited Hannah's gravesite in Evergreen, Al and had a delightful visit. You will be pleased to know it is now on the Historic Register. It was well manicured, Thanks to a local historian and libranian. It is enclosed in a brick wall. Most stones are still standing. The stones are very thin and tall. I am assuming the brick wall has protected the stones from the wind. The brick wall is surrounded by a black cemetery. The black cemetery is well kept as well. If you would like I will send you a picture. I too am a granddaughter. My line is from John and Renthia and then their son Thomas. I'm still searching for Thomas. Hope this will reassure you of the cemetery. Janie Rabb Fuller. Oh yes, I would like to go in on James Rabb for DAR. I didn't know until the visit that James was a patriot. I haven't been able to find in the look up on the DAR website. Can you help. Thanks Notify Administrator about this message?
