my grandfather was frederick willem rabe who had a brother herman and a sister anna. all initially living the grater chicogo area. i have seen some evidence that herman may have ended up in minn, ut that is unsubstantiated. apearently freds father was the first immigrant of this line from germany. of course i know the follow ups from my grandfather ie my father is kenneth john rabe but i haven't a clue what happen to the line of herman or anna. my dad use to joke (at least i thought) that the author peter rabe was related. i am very new to this game of geneaolgy but it seems fascinating to me.
please, all of you help me out.
