You are looking for Rabe's in Chicago? I have info of Rabes in Ohio and finally in Michigan. This is same general area so maybe????
William F. Rabe, b. 12/29/1885 in Henry Co. Ohio, d. 9/10/1952 in Gladwin Co., MI, Married Clara Witte b. May 1892 in Ohio, d. Jan. 1971 in Midland, MI.
brother: Herman Rabe, b. Mar. 1888 in Henry Co., Ohio, d. Jan 27, 1949 in Henry Co., Ohio, Married Emma C. Precht, b. 1882 in Ohio, d. 8/9/1959 in Henry Co., Ohio.
sister: Emma Rabe, b. Nov. 1890 in Henry Co., Ohio, Married Herman H. Meyer, b. 1890 in Ohio.
(this is my line of family)
brother: Otto H. Rabe, b. 8/8/1893 in Henry Co., Ohio, d. 5/16/1949 in Michigan, Married Emma D. Meyer b. 12/12/1896, d. 1/13/2001 in Pinconning, Bay County, Michigan at the age of 104. They had three children: Julius, b. 4/20/1917, d. 10/13/1989, married Rosie Oeder b. 1916, d. 1994, has a son James Otto Rabe b. 2/5/1942, married Martha Elizabeth Jones, they have Daniel, Donna, & Dustin. Daniel and I(Monica) are married and currently living in Auburn, Indiana.
