I am trying to find if William Rabeck is related to my Great grandfather John Rabeck. They were both in Belmont Co. Ohio. William was in Civil War and died in the war. I want to know if he is a brother to John. Can anyone help me? William is on the 1820 cencus for Belmont Co.
