To Steve, Hi from Australia, my name is Robert Rabjohns andI am also writting up my family history.
My Family also came from Bradninch.
My Grt Grt Grandfather came out to Australia in 1849.(Henry Rabjohns)
He was born at Stoke Canon and after his father John Died at Stoke Canon he and his mother Margaret moved back to Bradninch.
He was a Cobbler by trade.
HIs name was Henry.
I have traced my Family back to 1600 they lived at Bradninch from 1695 to 1920.
The last Rabjohns had a laundry there.
I have a will of a Robert Rabjohns from Bristol would he be related to you.
If I can help with any imformation on the Rabjohns I will send it to you.
I have been researching my Family for 25 years I have written to a few Rabjohns in Devon but are not closely related goes back a long way.
I have been to Devon 3 times and always enjoy doing research in Exeter and looking around Bradninch and Collumton.
Well It would be great if your Family and mine are relater I am pretty sure.
Have you done much research on your family.
