Many thanks for that Kenneth. A few questions though. I have a copy of the 1841 census in which John Rabone's age is given as 40; where did you get the 1796 DOB?
Again on the 1841 census, there is another son, John, probably born 1828 or 9. No sign of him? Which household does RABONE, John Neph <1829> Yardley-Wor Birmingham belong to?
