Dear Frankie,
Is this a case of the pot calling the kettle black, or what? I just looked up your posting history and in three years this is the only message you have submitted! What information have you ever given to help the rest of us on anything? I don't know anything about the person you want to know about, but I would certainly share it with you if I did. Please get busy and share with the rest of us yourself. In your query you don't have any dates or places other than Texas. Are you talking about 1900's, 1800's- who can fiqure out anything when you give so little information. Since you have death certificates and discharge papers, then you have dates and places. Where in Texas? So share! Maybe then someone can help you. Also, forget spellings, we are all the same family no matter how they started spelling their name when they first became literate. I have first cousins who spell their surnames differently.
Best wishes in your research,
"Cousin" Michele
