Hi Cousin Frankie!

Cousin Vicki "Raburn" Hatfield and I were just doing a bit of "searching" on John Calvin Jr. & Sr.

Vicki has been going to ASU's West Texas Collection Library and hasn't found any leads there--much to speak of at least.

However, Vicki has found an 1880 census in Jack Co Texas on John Calvin Raburn, Sr., born in Tennessee and indicates that his father "might" possibly be from Mississippi and his mom from Tennesse.

I think we need to all take a trip to Batson County, Tx and check out Liberty County/Moss Hill cemetery to find more on John Calvin Sr. and Lydia Bigham.

We're "still stumped in San Angelo" too. However, a Naomi Willis, age 79, "dropped by" today, the granddaughter of Harvey Gilmer Collard & Mattie (Martha Ellen Raburn). She insists that it is "Rayburn" from what she has seen. Her son Greer who lives in Peco has done "some" research and I asked that he contact me. We'll see if he has additional information.
