I am looking for information on the Race family from Co. Durham, England. My great grandmother Lavinia Race was born in 1869 or 1870. When she married Thomas Raine Walton in 1887 she was living in South Church. Her father was John Race who died before 1887. Witnesses at her wedding were Ralph Race and Emma Race.

Any information is appreciated. Thanks.
