Myrtle Race, Silvernail, Clark, b.1878, Fillmore, N.Y.

I believe Myrtle Race, Silvernail was my grandmother that I never met. I am the youngest son of William R. Clark from Batavia, N.Y. I have a copy of my father's birth certificate that lists Myrtle Race Silvernail, age 32 as his mother. My father's father is listed as William C. Clark, age 44. Also, I have a certificate of citizenship for William C. Clark dated 1885 of Canada, at present of Hume. accepted to become a citizen of the United States. This would be my grandfather that I never met. My father mentioned to me that his father died as a result of an accident early on in his life. He had an older sister, Mary Clark born 1908, same parents. I did meet her when I was a young boy during grade school years. She lived and died in Michigan and was married to Grant Truax. They had no children. My father had a half sister, Laura Warner, her married name,(deceased). Laura helped raise him.
