The post about the plate made me wonder: I have traced my direct line of racicot's to antoine racicot, a carpenter active with the worcester labor organizations in the late 19th century. All of my racicot ancestors (in worcester and millbury) back to him are carpenters. The caption on the plate suggests that the racicots in webster were also carpenters.
Is carpentry more or less prevalent among racicots?
