I have a little more info re NORBERT RACICOT and his wife, MARGUERITE THOMAS dit TRANCHEMONTAGNE. NORBERT was born Oct. 6 1828 in Montebello, Papineau, Québec, Canada. He was baptised Oct. 12 1828, Notre-Dame-de-Bonsecours, Montebello, Papineau, Québec. His godparents were Michel Beaudry and Pauline Cerazin (I think this last name is misspelled). He was a farmer. They were married in 1847, in Montebello.

I have 12 children for this couple of whom TREFFLÉ-JOSEPH-MICHEL would have been the 11th. I have a birth date for TREFFLÉ of March 28, 1867, in Montebello.

(Two references:
1. 1881 Canadian Census;

TREFFLÉ was baptised March 29 1867, Notre-Dame-de-Bonsecours, Montebello, Papineau, Québec. His godparents were Joseph Racicot and Marcelline Poulin.

Hope this is of some use to you..
