Bonjour and G'day Ann,
A good place to start would be with Hermine.
My g-grandmother was born 1828-29 and married on 28 Jan 1851. Then we could establish ascendancy back to Michel. How far back do you go?
I have the Le Maire line back from Massachusetts to Quebec to the French soldiers in the American Rev. to Ste. Marie-Madeleine in besancon, Franche-Comte, France.
I have a Convict as well on my mother's side John Dent who was tansported in 1805 from Co. Mayo , Ireland. How do I go about getting info. from Australia?
Richard
