Tia,
I have pictures of a Carl Radke from Owen,Clark County, Wisconsin. He was my father's best friend and would have been born about 1909.
One picture is of the Owen HS football team and one is the Junior Class picture. This family moved to Oregon for the lumber business in about the 1930's.
