Maybe we have something going here, my grandfather Wilhelm Radtke/Radke was born in 1873 (possibly named after his father or uncle) and emmigrated to Pittsburgh, then Monogah WestVa in 1905-06. He said he had family who went to Chicago after emmigrating later. Was there a Julius in your family?

Any thoughts?
