I'm looking for any of my decendants from my grandmother's side. Her name was Elizabeth Radtke. Her date of birth.Jan. 25 1887.
Date of Death:August 1973.
Her married name was Bachman. They lived most of thier life in Detriot Michigan. They had a summer home in FL. That is were my Gr.Father Bachman Died. I know that all the other Bachmans and Radtkes are buried in the same Cemetery in the Detroit. Probably one that has a lot of German families. They are all buried together. She had a Sister Named "Ella Radtke"that was in "Eloise" mental hospital in Westland in Michigan. She also had brothers named Frank and Fred Radtke.
I have heard that One was a bootlegger and killed bringing alcohal from Canada.She also had a August that was in the VA hospital in Battle Creek. I would really like to find out more about when her family came into this The US so I could complete that Part of my family tree. I have nothing on the Bachmans or the Radtkes. I know if I could locate the Cemetery they are buried it would help finish it. If you can help me please let me know.
