Hi Stephen just wanted to let you know that the information I have is that Elizabeth Ragin was born about 1805 in N. C. She died about 1893 in Point Cedar Hot Springs, Ark. According to Lambert Family Tree her address in 1850 was Samford, Lumpkin Ga. in 1870 she was living with Metidla Campbell in Cedar Clark Ark. In 1880 her residence was Valley Hot Springs Ark. In 1893 she died in Point Cedar Hot Springs Ark. I had some information that she and Solomon came to Ark after Jesse and Julia came to Ark. Just different areas. Julia had a farm just across the line form Okla. Gravatt Ark that is where my grandmother was born I think that I told you that my grandmothers mother was a sister to your Lucinda. I would love to hear some of the history that your grandfather told you. I didn't know that my grandmother had cherokee blood until about 2 years ago. But she had indian features. Now that I know that she was cherokee. High cheek bones and rather dark. Also what web site did you find your information on? I would like to view it also. I hope we can find out more about our hertiage. Hopeing to hear from you soon. Also have you seen Julia' Southern Claim she tried to get money from the government for things that the Union Soldiers took from her farm cattle, horses, pigs and etc. She never received anything.
