Hello All, I am also a decendant of Ragins from Sumpter South Carolina. I have read the will of William Ragan 1785. I was wondering if any one had any thoughts about the fact that it says William Ragins Ordinary at the bottom of the Will. Can Any one tell me more about what this could mean? Thank you all for helping one another.
