Can you find out more about the parents of James Ragin that would help me give you some info if could get that information. My grandfather's family is from there and there were a lot of Ragin's in the area. So if you can narrow it down some I may be able to help you. A lot of family migrated up to the North to NY some NYC some Upstate.. just find out a little more info.
