Larry, thanks for your response. This doesn't seem to be the Sarah that married David RAKE. David died in Oct 1864 (Civil War).
Have found info on, entered by Druscilla FALK, but have not been able to contact her. It mentions Sarah's maiden name as EVELIGH. Have found no further info on this name.
I also received an email the other day from a descendent of Harriet RAKE (dau of David and Sarah). She only thanked me for entering info on this family here. Frances
