I am also looking for information on a Sam Randles in Texas.Do you have any info on where in Texas your Sam may have lived?Do you know what etnicity your Sam was?Could he have been Native American?I am looking for a Sam Randles that was married to my great grandmother Eliza Kellerman and also went as Lottie Marie Kellerman. She lived near Galvaston and must have moved to Houston because that is where my grandfather James Louis Randles was born in 1908.Eliza (Lottie) moved out to California when My grandfather was very young and she would not talk about Sam.The only tidbit that we got was that Sam was Native America possibly Chocktaw or Apache. There is no birth record for my grandfather because of the disaster in Galveston after my grandfather was born.My great grandmother was fair skinned and her son is darker and looks almost like a young Cesar Romero with dark wavy hair. So i'd have to assume that my Sam is Native American or darker skinned. Please let me know if any of this is familiar, if you know of any Native American Randles lines, or if you could help me.Thanks!
