Hi Anna,

I do not have any information on Tony Raner, sorry. There is a Directory listing for a T. Raner in Milwaukee, WI in 2000 & 2002. I was not able to find anything else. This time period is hitting on the privacy timeframe so that may be part of the problem. Raner's are a bit of a rare breed. You might try variant spellings of Rainer, Rayner, or Raynor - the most common spelling.
