Hi Brian, you'll have to forgive me, it's been sometime since I looked at the Ransley line. You've lost me a little re Ann? The children I have for Thomas Ransley and Ann Wren are four boys: Joesph, William, Henry and George. As for George and wife Hannah (Ann) Hall I have 10 children: Elenor (Ellen), George, Alexander, Frederick, Emma, William, Henry, Eliza, Alick and Thomas. Frederick born 1839 is my great-great grandfather. He was a carpenter (chair and cabinet maker) and emigrated to Australia on board the Wansell, arriving in QLD in 1862. Like yourself I believe locating Thomas' parents is not going to be easy - still, one can live in hope! (Erica)
