Rapp Nursery, Los Angeles 1920's

I'm looking for info on my grandfather's aunt and her husband (he's 92 and doesn't always get things straight). He lived with his Aunt Sadie (Best) Rapp (or variation) and her husband, Ralph / Rolf? Rapp in Alhambra in the early 1920's (1921-1925?). He "owned a nursery" and my grandpa helped him plant on the Wrigley estate in Avalon (the misses gave him cookies).
Sadie would have been born 1864-1882 (her mom was born in 1946, her youngest sister was born in 1883) probably in NY. She died in Alhambra (so Grandpa says) in Feb of about 1925 (Grandpa came home from school, Alhambra High, to find her. Her mother was Sarah H. Killen, her father was James Best. Her mother died in June of 1921. Sadie went home to NY for the funeral and brought my grandfather back to CA with her. Mr. Rapp remarried immediately after her death and Grandpa was sent back to NY. I do not think Ralph & Sadie had children, but not sure.
