Hi,

Acy Ratterree 1819 TN and
N. C. Ratterree 1821 MS?
appears to me to be a related line I am tracing in Henry Co., TN.

1850, Henry, TN, Dist 15
Catherine RATASEE 1802, NC
-Mary RATASEE 1833, TN
-Thomas RATASEE 1840, TN

This name is RATASEE on the actual pages:
1850, Henry, TN, DIST 18, FAMILY 77:
James E RATANELL, 1824, TN (1880 suggests James Asa R.)
Camilla RATANELL, 1821, NC (N.C. Ratterree in 1880)
-Asa RATANELL Jr., 1841, TN
Elizabeth ALLEN, 1830, AR
John WHALKES?, 1846, TN
Elizabeth Ahern 65, 1795, SC.
End family #77

Asa Crawford Ratterree Jr?
James Asa Ratterree?

1840, Henry Co., TN:
Katherine RATERCE, 30-40, 1 son under 5, 1 dau 5-9.
(Cathy 1802 NC, Mary 1838 TN, and Thomas 1840 TN)
James Raterce
Elizabeth Raterce

Ratterree is a very rare surname and seems to be related to NC and SC in the early 1800s.

HTH,

Paul Beauregard
Researching Derrington, Ratterree/Ratheree/Raterce, Dalton in Henry County, TN.
