My name is Daniel Albert Rauscher. Son of Theodore Herbert and Mary Ester (McGuinnis) Rauscher.
My grandparents are Albert Rauscher and Ida (Martin) Rauscher. My father Theodore was born in Wenona, Ill. in 1911.
He married mom in 1945 in Chicago, Ill. We visited Chicago relatives several times in the past. Summer of 1970 or 1971 we visited at Aunt Helen's house in Bellwood, Ill. Lots of relatives there. Aunt Helen and Addie, Uncle Eddie, Uncle Herm, Uncle Bill and Aunt Joannie, Uncle Wibbs and Aunt Frieda Ney, Uncle Max,... Sorry about not remembering the rest. My parents moved to Spokane, WA in 1953. Dad passed away in 1976 and mom died in 1996. They had six children Theodore Donald-55 in Postfalls, ID, Linda Ann-53 in Spokane, Deborah Joy-49 in Spokane, Daniel Albert-46 in Liberty Lake,WA, John David-40 in San Dimas, CA (Bonnie's husband) and William James(AKA Jimmy)-39 in Farmington,MN. Mom and I visited little Ester Hayes and Frieda Ney during a trip to Skokie in 1979 or 1980.

Please write back and let me know if any of this makes sense to you.

It was great to run into your conversation with Bonnie on the internet. She's a great sister-in-law.

My address is as follows:

Daniel and Charlotte Rauscher
608 S. Lakeside Road
Liberty Lake, WA 99019-8509
(509) 255-6418

PS: I understood grandpa drove for the German Keiser not the Russia Czar? I did see a photograph at Aunt Helen,s house with her dad standing next to a fancy car(black dussendorf) wearing a chauffeur's uniform.
