Hi
I noticed a woven coverlet on ebay this morning that has the weavers name and date in corner - says it was woven by a Gabriel Rauscher in 1859.
This is not my family but thought I'd let others looking for this surname know in case someone is interested.
It's on ebay as of 7/19/06 - not sure when auction gets over, but probably in 5 or 6 days.
