Hi Mrs. Ready. Robert (Benton) Ready was in the 1860 Census in Lincoln CO., TN. with his family. In the 1850 census ,I found a Robert Reader, I dont know if that was him or not for nothing has been located for 1840 either. He was killed during the Civil War with his wife-Mary Lou Hooten. From the studying of Grants movements in TN, The only time that could have happen was Nov 1864. That when we surmise they died. Thanks for your time, Bruce Reedy
