I dont know if this means anything as i have just started researching my family tree. Half of my family are from (and still living in) Mayo, Ireland. I know that my great great grandmother is called Liz Sammon and had three daughters Angela Theresa and May with Michael McNamara. They lived in county Mayo also possibly near Ballina as that's where my family live now.
I would love to know more about Liz Sammon parents or any possible relations. Thanks.
