Leo was the son of Capt. F.P.Reap(b.7/9/1852, d. 5/30/1894). Capt. Reap married Anna McCanna of Hyde Park in 1876. She died in 1886. They had 5 children - Michael, Joseph, Frank, Patrick, Leo, and Edward.

Capt. Frank was one of 11 children from Michael Reap's marriage to Mary Bolin. (He had 2 children with Honora Connor whom he married in 1844. One died and one survived.)

The 11 kids in order of birth are Michael, Belinda, Frank P., James P., Mary Ann, Thomas M.,George B., Joseph C., Edward A., Anna, Mary Genevieve. I have birth and death dates for the kids as well as some obits. If you want copies, send me an email address and I will then scan them and send them as an attachment.

I don't know much about Michael other than the fact that he was born in Ballycastle, County Mayo and used 9/21/1821 as his d.o.b. but this is apparently not verifiable b/c the records no longer exist. He came to the US in 1840 and died 5/11/1878. He had a sister Catherine who married Terrance Maloney. They had at least one son named Thomas.

In an interesting twist, a cousin of my husband's on his mother's side managed Wren's dept. store in Springfield, Ohio. Small world, isn't it?

Do you have birth, marriage, death info for Gretta or the same for Wren's family? Thanks. Hope this fills in some blanks.

Kate
