In Reply to: ANYONE HAVE AN ENGLISH REAR ? by William Rear of 65

I have a diary written by my Grandfathers brother where he gives his father's brother and sisters names. He lists a Sarah HOLLAND, birthdate Sept 18, 1823. He gives her married name as REARS. Just yesterday, looking through some old pictures I have, I noticed that there is a picture of a lady with Sarah Rears written on back. Because A town was mentioned on back, I looked on the 1881 census and found a Sally REARS, with a husband Henry, and 2 childred Thomas and Eliza. I have had suspicions that Sarah might really be Sally on some census that the HOLLAND family on on. These HOLLANDS were from Ingham and this 1881 census lists Ingham, Incoln, England as her birthplace. The town listed on back of the picture was put on there by the photo studio. It lists Doncaster and Rotherham. Studio is Taylor & son Artists, on Howard Street. I just started my research on this picture last night, so this is new information that I have time to do further research on.
