I do not know if I am writing to Al or Theresa. Al and I have corresponded earlier about Nathanial Redd's daughter, Rachel, who was married to a Stephenson and then to Joseph Everly and they are the parents of my GGgrandmother Susannah Everly Manley. I have discovered some interesting matters about Rachel. Joseph died in 1829 and Rachel appears in the 1830 Wayne Count Ohio census with the children sired by Joseph. She was living next door (I presume) to Adam Everly, a brother of Joseph. Then I came across a marriage announcement in the Logansport Indiana newspaper of Mrs. Rachel Everly's married to Lismun Basey. Around then, there was an orphans court document from both PA and OH appointing guardians for the minor children. Of course, I am wildly curious about what happened to Rachel. Did not Lismun want the children or what? I believe it was Teresa in Florida who has some information on all the Nathanial children. Was there anything about Rachel?
